Weight Goal Deadline with the Help of Acai Berry

The year 2011 went by so fast I hardly noticed it. I do not know what I have been up to all year that I was not able to realize where all this time went. Seriously, I have not accomplished anything in my 2011 resolutions and goals that I plan not to write or make any more goals this year because I would just end up writing the same goal as last year's. You see, 2011 had not been one of the best year but I am still grateful for all the blessings we received in 2011. I can only wish for a better year this year and that we will be given the break that we deserve. Anyway, one of my biggest goals for 2011 is to shed off 20 lbs but guess where I am now? I am still 13 lbs from shedding it all off. I admit that I slacked off a little so my weight went from up to down then down to up, yes all those yoyo dieting did not help me. Although, I have been religiously working out at least 3 times a week. Then I considered taking Acai Berry as part of my additional supplements: Krill Oil and Moringa!

But if I want to shed off the excess and remaining 13 lbs, I might seriously consider this Acai Berry which a friend has raved so much. We can never do it on our own because actually there are some work out regimen and exercises that could actually make you more hungry and build up more weight. Then, there is also the need to count calories everyday but not to the point of losing so much calories you get to get so hungry in such a short span of time then you end up binging.  You see, I have been trying to do everything on my own, not consulting any gym instructor nor a dietician but after reading a particular article on weight loss, I am convinced that in order for one person to lose at least 20 lbs, they must consult the experts. With the start of a new year, I have my hopes high that I would be able to shed off those stubborn 20 lbs and eventually be very confident with my weight.
